Michael “Mike” Sniegowski, age 62, of Homer Glen, formerly of Lemont, passed away Sept. 24, 2012, with his family by his side. Mike was born in Lemont Sept. 11, 1950, attended Lemont Township High School, Class of 1968. Proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1969-1973. Employed by Pampered Chef. Survived by his two sons Brian and Scott (Janette) Sniegowski; two grandchildren, Michael and Allison Marie Sniegowski; his mother Mary Ann Sniegowski; two sisters, Linda Heinz and Sandra Harden; and a special brother Gib Sniegowski. Preceded in death by his father Martin Sniegowski, Jr. also his maternal and paternal grandparents. Visitation Thursday Sept. 27, 2012, 4 – 8 p.m. at Markiewicz Funeral Home, P.C. 108 Illinois St. Lemont, IL 60439. Interment Private.
