Theresa A. Zydek nee Bartoszek Age 84, formerly of Lockport, passed away December 18, 2012. Preceded in death by her husband Leonard S. Zydek; a daughter Linda Mueller; a son Thomas Zydek; and her siblings Marie, Casimer, Genevieve, Adeline, Stanley, Chester, Mildred, Henry and Eugene. Survived by a son Timothy Zydek; three daughters Susan (Gary) Zupanic, Catherine (Timothy) Berg and Jane (John) Moro; seven grandchildren Nathan, Tommy, Casey, Ryan, Justin, Daniel and James; a great-grandchild Alex; and a sister Emily. Funeral services Friday, December 28, 2012, 10:30 a.m. from the Markiewicz Funeral Home, P.C. 108 Illinois St. Lemont, to St. Alphonsus Church for Mass at 11 a.m. Interment St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
