Richard M. Niziolek, age 66, a combat veteran of the Vietnam era, proudly serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. Cherished son of the late Frank (late Frances) Niziolek; beloved husband of Lori; loving father of Deirdre (Eric), Lauren (Jon), Julie (Jeff), Kristen (Jordan), Brian, Alan, and Kelly (Matt); adored grandfather of Eli, Augie, Isaac, Madeline, Mason, Analiese, and Hannah; dearest brother of Donald (Mary), Denise, the late Denis (Lori); fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Richard held a CPA, and was a graduate of DePaul University, and he was an active board member of the Lemont, IL V.F.W. Visitation Sunday 3 – 7 p.m. Funeral services Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, 10:30 a.m. at Markiewicz Funeral Home, P.C. 108 Illinois St., Lemont, IL 60439. Interment Private.
